I warmly welcome you to the official website of the Female Future Program, a pioneering initiative aimed at empowering Jordanian women and enhancing their participation in leadership roles and decision-making positions in both the public and private sectors.

In this context, I would like to affirm that the Jordan Chamber of Industry has adopted several programs and strategies to promote the role of women in the industrial sector in particular, as well as in the service and productive sectors, both as employers and employees. Among these efforts are providing consultations and necessary training for women across various sectors, encouraging them to assume leadership positions, and improving their career paths. This aligns with the Economic Modernization Vision, which aims to create over 280,000 job opportunities for Jordanian women over the next decade, reflecting our belief in their pivotal role in achieving comprehensive and sustainable development.

The Female Future Program embodies these efforts, aiming to develop leadership and public speaking skills and the competencies required for board membership, thereby enhancing women’s role as effective leaders across various sectors. We firmly believe that investing in women is an investment in a brighter future. Through this program, we aspire to build a supportive environment that fosters capacity development, enhances competitiveness, and opens new horizons for success.
