The Female Future Program, implemented by the Jordan Chamber of Industry in collaboration with local and international partners, enhances women's leadership skills and increases their participation in decision-making. Developed by the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprises (NHO) and active in six countries, the program combines training in leadership, public speaking, and board governance to create a qualified workforce and empower women leaders to drive sustainable change.
