The Female Future Program is a collaborative initiative led by the Jordan Chamber of Industry, in partnership with local and international organizations. Designed to enhance women's leadership skills and increase their participation in decision-making, the program combines training in governance, public speaking, and leadership. Originating in Norway, it has grown to empower women in six countries, including Jordan, and continues to foster sustainable, locally owned development.

The Confederation of Norwegian Enterprises (NHO) approached us in late 2022, expressing interest in implementing the Female Future program in Jordan, based on a request from the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This initiative aligns with the desire of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah to bring Norway's experience in preparing and empowering Jordanian women leaders to leadership positions and board memberships. This was expressed during her meeting with Her Majesty the Queen of Norway in 2020.
