Join a transformative program designed to enhance leadership, public speaking, and board membership skills.
The Jordan Chamber of Industry is pleased to invite you to participate in the Female Future Program, implemented in collaboration with the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprises (NHO) and international partners. This program aims to empower Jordanian women by enhancing leadership skills and increasing their participation in decision-making processes at senior management and board levels.
The program features innovative training methodologies covering leadership, public speaking, and board membership skills over a 13-day training period, conducted over eight months under the supervision of qualified trainers following international standards. It also offers a unique opportunity for self-development and professional networking, increasing participants' chances of advancing into high-level leadership positions.
The applicant must:
- Have the ambition and capability to hold leadership positions or board membership roles.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to professional development.
- Be proficient in spoken and written English.
- Commit to attending all training days.
