Celebrating 25 Inspiring Women: The Successful Completion of Female Future Jordan Program

Over six months, 25 exceptional women participated in the Female Future Jordan program, which concluded its training activities last week. Congratulations to all the Jordanian participants from various sectors who demonstrated inspiring commitment to enhancing their skills and strengthening their contributions to decision-making. The program journey included 11 training days, during which participants worked on developing leadership skills, creating professional development plans, honing communication and public speaking abilities, and gaining in-depth knowledge of board governance practices. Additionally, it provided valuable networking opportunities with a remarkable group of women working in diverse economic sectors.
