Empowering women is the cornerstone of building thriving communities and sustainable futures. At Female Future, we are committed to fostering a brighter tomorrow by equipping women in Jordan with the skills, confidence, and leadership capabilities they need to excel.

Our program is the result of a groundbreaking collaboration between the Jordan Chamber of Industry and its Norwegian counterpart, NHO (Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise). Originally established in Norway, the Female Future program has expanded its reach and is now successfully implemented in multiple countries worldwide. This partnership reflects a shared vision of empowering women to break barriers and take on leadership roles, driving progress in both business and society.

Through transformative leadership training, capacity-building initiatives, and strategic support, we help women in Jordan secure positions on boards and in senior leadership roles. We believe that women’s voices and perspectives are essential in decision-making spaces, and we work to ensure they have the tools and opportunities to lead with impact.
